Moon Battery"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pendennis Castle, Cornwall<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendennis Castle guards the entrance to the River Fal at Falmouth, Cornwall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Originally built by Henry VIII, subjected to an intense blockade by the Roundheads in the 17th Century and surviving WWII it offers a unique insight into 450 years of history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has several important WWII defence Structures within the castle walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
