This three looped Pillbox variant was sited at the harbour entrance at Lowestoft opposite a Pounder Emplacement. Another example of this design can be found 14 miles to the south with a group of \u2018two looped square\u2019 pattern pillboxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u2018two looped square\u2019 Pillbox (Type 26 Variant?) is commonly found along the North Suffolk coast. It has an outer wall length of 12 feet 6 inches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
