TONGHAM MISSING DEFENCES!

On a recent morning off work I went walking on old dismantled rail line between Tongham near Aldershot and Ash Green.

Here I found some defences NOT recorded on the Defence of Britain Database

FW3/22 Bulletproof.

SU88944-49390

Facing 10 Degrees North. Top of north bank above disused railway.

Step down entry, Inner Y wall, large 30” aperture embrasures.

Shuttering coming away and in poor condition.

4 Dragons teeth running up north slope of embankment and 3 Dragons teeth slope south bank.
